Philip Penman

Philip has over 30 years experience as a lawyer and adviser in all aspects of property finance and development, including structuring joint ventures, arranging finance and management and has acted for owners, builder/developers and financiers. 

His extensive commercial experience equipes us to services all residential and commercial property requirements for our clients, from the first home buyer to the sophisticated commercial investor.  Philip is pictured here with Office Manager Ashlee Bates.

Paralegal / Office Manager

Ashlee has been with Liberty for 3 years and is able to assist you with any general or property and has also recently taken on the role as Office Manager in Katoomba.

Having lived in the mountains for 19 years, Ashlee has a good local knowledge of the area and is able to maintain communication with our clients and support the handling of their matters with Liberty.

While Chris has retired from full time practice, he remains available to assist his former clients where possible and endeavours to ensure that their future needs for legal advice and assistance are adequately met.
