Liberty Legal & Conveyancing Pty Limited evolved from the conveyancing
practice known as "Liberty Conveyancing".
Philip Penman and Barbara Cuthbert, both lawyers, developed the legal
practice by offering clients access to a complete legal service to meet their requirements.
Barbara has recently resigned, but Peter Lowry OAM LLB (based in Sydney) and
Daryl Pike (based in Bathurst) have become Lawyer Consultants to the firm.
We assist with purchase and sale of property, leasing, finance,
development, joint ventures, securities, commercial/business matters and
employment law as well as protecting private clients' interests with estate
planning, wills, guardianship and powers of attorney.
Our practice also works closely
with experts in other specialised areas of legal practice including litigation,
as well as other advisers and professionals.
